Refund policy:

Upon cancellation a full refund minus cost can be claimed up to one month (30 calendar days), prior to commencement of the first module.

Until 7 calendar days prior to commencement of the first module, on cancellation, a refund of half the total fee can be claimed, or you can defer to another training date in future.

From seven days prior to commencement of the first module, only the certification process can be cancelled and refunded, but if you are unable to attend due to unforseen circumstances, you can defer to another training date in future.

Certification, once the link to the learning portal has been sent out in the follow up email, is non-refundable.

This is because the certification programme contains content which is delivered digitally and is downloadable.
