Refund policy:
Upon cancellation a full refund can be claimed up to one month (30 calendar days), prior to commencement of the first module.
Between one month and one week (7 calendar days) prior to commencement of the first module, on cancellation, a refund of half the total fee can be claimed.
From seven days prior to commencement of the first module, only the certification process can be cancelled and refunded.
From one calendar days post training, no refunds will be given on any part of this training.
